“My Name is Jay and I'm Profoundly Deaf , I stayed over night on the 16th of June 2025: Eve , Micheal and all the staff I come in contact with were/are fantastic, friendly, helpful , kind and very accommodating. Being a Profoundly Deaf person , all the staff tried their 100% to communicate with me.
